Hi! I’m Danielle.

The creative force behind Anchor and Joy Consulting. At our core, we're all about bringing order to chaos, simplifying processes, and maximizing efficiency. It all started with a deep-seated love for organization that has been a part of me since my teenage years.

After college, I dove headfirst into the world of client success at a local home décor company that has since expanded globally and even caught the attention of Disney.

In 2013, I joyfully welcomed motherhood and dedicated myself fully to my two amazing kids. As they ventured into elementary school, I jumped back into the workforce, taking on various roles including executive assistant, operations support, and HR within a remote finance company.

Hiring has always been one of my greatest strengths and, honestly, one of my greatest joys. When I re-entered the workforce, I stepped into an operations role at a small business with just three of us. Over the next three years, we grew to a team of 18, and every single person just clicked. It felt magical. That experience taught me that the right match is not just about skills. It is about fit, timing, and intuition. In the two and a half years since starting Anchor & Joy, I have brought that same instinct to my clients, and the results have spoken for themselves.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, I work remotely with purpose-driven entrepreneurs across the U.S. who want operations support that does not feel corporate.
